NOTE: Installation cost vary depending on location

Once the installation fee has been paid, the client forwards the Mpesa message to the sales agent incharge for further processing
The following is a run down of the installation process:
1.A ticket is raised
2.The ticket is assigned to technicians and goes through the following status:

To do status
In progress status(Includes cabling, router and signal termination)
Completed(This is after mapping is done and the conection is now active) 
   
		




how does one upgrade to a higher package?

  
You can upgrade to a higher package by paying the price of the new package you wish to subscribe to after the expiry of your current subscription

 YOU HAVE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE TO CONFIRM THE CHANGE AS THE PAYMENT SYSTEM MAY LOG IT AS AN OVERPAYMENT


How do i terminate the service

  
Please send an e-mail to : info@kartitelecom.com or call 0797537270 with details of your request. Once the service is cancelled, we will make arrangements to collect the WiFi router from your premises.
