What is the installation process?

Once the installation fee has been paid, the client forwards the Mpesa
message to the sales agent incharge for further processing
The following is a run down of the installation process:
1.A ticket is raised
2.The ticket is assigned to technicians and goes through the
following status: 
To do status
In progress status(Includes cabling, router and signal termination)
Completed(This is after mapping is done and the conection 
 is now active)
